■ ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Sr Business Analyst who can design, develop, and deploy production-grade Gen AI solutions for real business problems. This role combines hands-on engineering, experimentation, and deployment of LLM-powered applications across healthcare, operations, and internal workflows. The ideal candidate can move from prototype to production while working closely with business teams and external AI partners.
■■ WHAT YOU WILL DO
AI Solution Development
• Build and deploy Gen AI applications across healthcare, supply chain, retail, and enterprise workflows. • Design scalable backend systems and APIs for AI-driven applications.
• Develop intelligent automation workflows using LLMs and agentic systems.
LLM Engineering
• Build applications using LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent.
• Implement prompt engineering, evaluation pipelines, and model optimization.
• Work on RAG pipelines, vector search, document retrieval, and enterprise knowledge systems.
AI Deployment & Operations
• Productionize AI solutions with reliability, monitoring, and observability.
• Optimize latency, token usage, and inference costs.
• Build evaluation systems for quality benchmarking across models and vendors.
• Maintain deployment pipelines and support enterprise scaling.
Partner & Product Collaboration
• Collaborate with internal business teams to understand use cases.
• Work with external AI vendors and implementation partners.
• Evaluate build vs buy decisions and support AI architecture choices.
