About the Role
The Consumer Product team owns the customer journeys that power India's largest consumer healthcare platform. We are hiring Product Manager II's across three charters — ePharmacy, eDiagnostics, and Platform — each owning a critical surface in our user funnel. Placement will be finalised based on candidate fit and team need.
This is an AI-first PM role. We expect AI, agents, and automation to show up as first-class building blocks in how you scope problems and ship solutions — not as add-ons after the fact.
What you will do
● Own a high-impact product area covering some combination of discovery, personalisation, funnel, conversion, and retention for one of India's largest consumer apps.
● Drive the full product lifecycle end-to-end — problem framing → PRD → experimentation →
scaled rollout — with a high bar on speed and quality.
● Define, instrument, and move the metrics that matter. Every initiative ladders to a measurable business or user outcome.
● Identify and embed AI/LLM use-cases into the product (personalisation, conversational discovery, intent understanding, agentic workflows, ops automation) — and use AI tooling aggressively in your own day-to-day to compress cycle time.
● Run a tight experimentation cadence — A/B tests, cohort analysis, funnel diagnostics —and make sharp build/kill/iterate calls based on evidence.
● Lead cross-functional pods of engineering, design, data science, and analytics. Set the bar; unblock fast.
● Partner with business, category, ops, and CX stakeholders to translate strategic intent into shippable products. Build alignment without losing velocity.
● Build product capabilities that are reusable, extensible, and configurable wherever the surface touches multiple verticals.
What we are looking for
● 3–5 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years owning consumer commerce, marketplace, or transactional consumer-internet products.
● AI fluency demonstrated through either of: (a) having shipped AI/LLM-powered features in a prior role, or (b) deep use of AI tools (coding agents, evals, LLM workflows) in your own product workflow. Both are strong pluses.
● Strong analytical chops — SQL, dashboards, experiment design, and funnel math are table-stakes.
● Track record of moving a top-line metric (conversion, retention, AOV, NPS, LTV) through product changes — not just shipping features on time.
● Structured thinker who can reduce ambiguous problems into crisp PRDs and crisp trade-offs. Strong written communication.
● High agency, bias for action, and the ability to drive alignment across senior stakeholders.
● Education: Tier 1 undergraduate institution; top-tier MBA preferred.
