Brief about the Team
Tata 1mg Corporate Health & Wellness team, under primary responsibility, is to serve as the
key point of contact for existing corporate clients, taking charge of their health and wellness
programs and client relationships, driving growth opportunities, and ensuring the successful
implementation of health and wellness solutions for corporate clients.
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Lead – Key Account Manager to drive strategic
client relationships and business growth across corporate accounts. The role involves managing
large enterprise clients, leading a team of Account Managers, identifying new business
opportunities, ensuring client satisfaction, and achieving revenue targets across healthcare and
wellness solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong stakeholder management skills,
consultative selling capability, and experience handling large B2B enterprise accounts while
mentoring and guiding high-performing account management teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a team of Account Managers, ensuring achievement of business and
client servicing objectives.
• Drive team performance through regular reviews, mentoring, guidance, and capability
building.
• Manage and grow relationships with key corporate clients and strategic accounts.
• Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across healthcare and wellness
services.
• Identify client requirements and develop customized solutions and proposals.
• Lead commercial discussions, contract negotiations, and account onboarding.
• Ensure high client satisfaction through effective coordination with internal operations
and delivery teams.
• Build long-term partnerships with HR, Admin, Procurement, and leadership stakeholders.
• Track account performance, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Prepare business reviews, MIS reports, and sales forecasts for leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and
services.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, tenders, and strategic discussions.
Desired Candidate Profile
• 8-12 years of experience in Key Account Management, Corporate Sales, or B2B Business
Development.
• Prior experience in team handling and leading account management teams.
• Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, insurance, diagnostics, employee benefits, or
service industry preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue and growth targets. Ability to manage multiple
enterprise accounts simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools,
and presentation skills.
