Brief about the Team
The eConsultation Operations team is responsible for ensuring seamless virtual healthcare delivery by managing doctor onboarding, consultation operations, and customer experience. The team works closely with doctors, product, technology, and customer support teams to ensure efficient consultation workflows, high service quality, and operational excellence.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Associate – Doctor Operations to manage end-to-end doctor onboarding and consultation operations for the eConsultation platform. The role involves coordinating with doctors and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely profile activation, monitoring consultation SLAs, resolving operational escalations, and driving a superior experience for both doctors and users. The ideal candidate should possess strong operational, analytical, and communication skills with prior experience in healthcare or consultation operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end doctor onboarding, documentation, credential verification, and profile activation.
Coordinate doctor mapping to specialties, consultation schedules, and platform availability.
Monitor consultation SLAs and ensure timely resolution of operational issues and escalations.
Provide regular feedback to doctors to improve consultation quality and adherence to operational SOPs.
Resolve doctor and user queries while ensuring a seamless consultation experience.
Maintain operational records, MIS reports, dashboards, and documentation.
Collaborate with Product, Technology, Medical Affairs, and Customer Support teams for smooth execution of operations.
Identify operational improvement opportunities and drive process efficiencies.
Ensure compliance with defined operational standards and quality metrics.
Work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on business requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in healthcare operations, doctor onboarding, consultation operations, or telemedicine.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Excellent stakeholder management and professional email communication skills.
Good understanding of SLA management and process compliance.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and operational tools.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
