Brief about the Team
Tata 1mg Corporate Health & Wellness team, under primary responsibility, is to serve as the key point of
contact for existing corporate clients, taking charge of their health and wellness programs and client
relationships, driving growth opportunities, and ensuring the successful implementation of health and
wellness solutions for corporate clients.
What will you do
● Make outbound calls to HRs, Admin Heads, and decision-makers in target companies.
● Introduce the company’s services in a clear and compelling manner.
● Generate interest and qualify leads based on defined criteria.
● Schedule virtual or in-person meetings for the senior sales team.
● Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups in CRM/Excel.
● Follow up consistently with prospects to ensure appointment confirmation.
● Build and maintain a database of HR contacts across industries.
● Coordinate internally with the sales team for meeting alignment and updates.
