About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and field-oriented Consultant to join our Medical Affairs team based in Chandigarh. The candidate will have to relocate in Delhi NCR a tentative period 6 months as soon as he joins the organisation.The role requires extensive coordination with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders to support licensing, compliance, and regulatory activities across the region.

The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of regulatory processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage documentation while working independently in the field.


What You'll Do

  • Liaise with Drug Control Offices and other government authorities for regulatory and licensing-related activities.

  • Coordinate and facilitate the application, renewal, and maintenance of drug licenses and other statutory approvals.

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with regulatory officials and external stakeholders.

  • Ensure timely submission, tracking, and follow-up of regulatory documentation.

  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance-related data.

  • Travel regularly across Punjab & North Indian states to manage field activities and stakeholder interactions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

  • Identify potential compliance risks and proactively support their resolution.

  • Provide regular updates and reports on regulatory activities and project status.


What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's in Business Administration , LLB , Bachelor of Commerce (Any graduate)

  • Experience in Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, or a similar function. (0-3 Years)

  • Good understanding of Drug Licensing procedures and regulatory compliance.

  • Experience in coordinating with Drug Control Offices and Government Authorities.

  • Strong documentation and record management skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role.

  • Willingness to travel extensively across Punjab & Other states in North India.
