What will you do:

• Manage customer closures and follow-ups by sharing timely WhatsApp messages through the WeightWise platform.
• Update the lead tracker and output sheets with detailed call notes, customer responses, and next steps after every interaction.
• Conduct real-time outbound calls during designated calling hours to ensure timely follow-ups and maximize customer connect rates.
• Accurately capture and record customer interest in the WeightWise program within the tracker.
• Build meaningful customer conversations by understanding their needs, establishing trust, and effectively addressing objections.
• Communicate fluently with customers in both English and Hindi, adapting the conversation based on customer preference.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and timely resolution of customer queries.
• Maintain high standards of data accuracy and adherence to defined operational processes.

What We Are Looking For:

• Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Customer Support.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong customer handling, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and working with CRM tools, trackers, and spreadsheets.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
