Brief about the team:
Projects is part of the product team of TATA 1mg. The objective of the team is to manage the ongoing project, maintain friendly relations with the client, build a realistic project plan, deliver the outcomes on time, schedule tasks, and delegate assignments. They need to track the progress and performance of the project. Currently, it is confined to the Tata 1mg Weight Management Program.
What will you do:
● Providingprogramoverviewtothepotentialleads
● Involvementinthefinalclosureswiththeassignedcustomers
● Workingcloselywiththemedicalteamforsmoothcustomerjourneyoperations
● Carryingouttheday-to-dayoperations(bookings,communications,trackings,data/ P&L sheet/ cx journey tracker maintenance.
● Ifrequired,coordinatingamongmultipleteamsfortaskcompletions
● Workingonthegrowthaspectoftheprogram
