Brief about the Team
The Medical Services team is responsible for managing patient care across departments, with a strong focus on emergency response and critical care. The team works in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely medical intervention and coordination with doctors and other healthcare professionals to provide seamless patient care.
What will you do
- In case of medical emergencies inside the plant, FMO gives First Aid treatment and try to stabilize the employee and refer to nearest hospital for tertiary care.
- If the complaint is identified to be communicable in nature FMO takes due precautions to isolate the employee and do through contact tracing.
- In case of reference to nearest hospital, OHC staff helps in getting the admission process smooth by contacting the hospital for such arrangement.
- FMO helps in fulfilling the requirement of rules and regulations applicable to Factory as per the mandates. FMO helps in Audits and compliance management. FMO makes sure that OHC staff maintain all health records in proper formats. FMO also provide Fitness certificates.
- The FMO based on monthly analysis of data collected from day-to-day visits of the employees identify employees who need special attention and do follow up with such employee and treat them holistically.
- FMO makes sure that all medicines are properly stocked, and all equipment’s are in working condition.
- FMO takes care of training of OHC staff to upgrade their skills. FMO also trains employee on First aid and other safety norms.
- FMO visit shop floor regularly. They observe how employees are working, their posture, their environment and give recommendation on correct posture to do the job. FMO also check that PPEs are used correctly.
- FMO also helps in Travel Advisory and vaccination when required.
- FMO acts as a link between the client and Tata 1MG
What we are looking for
- MBBS + AFIH qualification (mandatory)
- 1–3 years of experience in Emergency Management
- Strong knowledge of emergency and critical care procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Quick decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Compassionate and patient-centric approach
Working Details
- Shifts: 8:30 AM to 5:15 PM
- Work Schedule: 6 days a week (Mon to Sat)
- Language Requirement: English and Kannada Mandatory
