Brief about the Team

The team works on healthcare projects to provide patient support programs to patients. The candidate shall be a part of the team at TATA 1mg that closely works on healthcare programs and projects around disease areas, with a focus on patient centricity.

What will you do

• Develop and maintain a detailed program plan, including tasks, timelines, milestones etc.

• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the program team

• Act as the primary point of contact for the program-related communications, both internally and externally

• Ensuring that all the program staff is trained adequately

• Keep a track on the program level activities as per the pre-agreed timelines and deliverables

• Ensure the completion of Non AE data on an monthly basis as per the guidelines of Pfizer

• Ensure the completion of Oversight on quaterly basis as per the guidelines of Pfizer

• Provide regular updates and reports to the stakeholders on the program status, achievements and challenges

• Lead regular program meetings to assess progress, identify roadblocks, and drive decision-making

• Provide accurate and timely reporting of the program/projects status

• Adverse event management and adverse event reporting

What we are looking for

• Master's degree (Preferred) or bachelor’s degree with atleast 5 years of experience

• Ability to work in cross-functional teams with full ownership of tasks at hand

• Ability to problem solve, prioritize and multitask while working in a highly charged environment

• Proven experience in program management or related roles, with a successful track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices

• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills

• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
