Brief about the Team

The Diagnostic team manages order reconciliation, invoicing, and partner payouts, ensuring accurate data, timely settlements, and smooth coordination with internal teams and healthcare partners.

What will you do:

• Compile radiology and CGHS order data from multiple channels and sources•
• Validate order and attribution data for accuracy before processing•
• Perform account reconciliation for CGHS and radiology partners•
• Raise invoices post-validation, ensuring correct partner attribution•
• Ensure timely and accurate payouts to partners•
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies with partners and internal teams
• Maintain reconciliation trackers, invoicing records, and MIS reports

What are we looking for

• Graduate; commerce/finance background preferred•
• Strong Excel and data reconciliation skills•
• Prior experience in accounts, billing, or reconciliation roles•
• Exposure to healthcare, diagnostics, or insurance domain is a plus•
• High attention to detail and ownership
