Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and circulate daily, weekly & monthly MIS reports.

* Maintain and update operational trackers, dashboards & databases.

* Collect, consolidate, validate and analyse data from multiple sources.

* Monitor key metrics including orders, TAT, cancellations, pending cases, productivity & service performance.

* Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.

* Track order/service status and highlight pending or delayed cases.

* Coordinate with Tech, Finance, Operations & other stakeholders for reporting requirements.

What We’re Looking For

* 2–4 years of experience in MIS, Operations Reporting, Data Management or Business Operations.

* Graduate in any discipline.

* Strong command of MS Excel such as Pivot tables, Vlookup/Hlookup, IF functions, Etc.

* Experience with Google Sheets is preferred.

* Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau / SQL will be an added advantage.

* Excellent attention to detail and focus on data accuracy.
