What You’ll Do

* Act as the primary point of contact for customers seeking radiology services.

* Handle customer queries and guide them through appointment scheduling and test preparation.

* Coordinate scheduling, rescheduling, confirmations and follow-ups with customers and radiology centers.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments.

* Provide clear instructions related to radiology tests and preparation requirements.

What We’re Looking For

* Background in Healthcare, Radiology, Medical Services or Customer Service preferred.

* Prior experience in customer service will be an advantage.

* Experience in radiology/medical imaging is a plus.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.

* Comfortable working with computer systems and appointment/record management tools.
