Brief about the Team

The team works on healthcare projects to provide patient support programs to patients. The candidate shall be a part of the team at TATA 1mg that closely works on healthcare programs and projects around disease areas, with a focus on patient centricity. This role will be critical in ensuring accurate and timely reporting of Adverse Events (AEs) and Product Quality Complaints (PQCs) to the Drug Safety Unit (DSU) or Patient Safety (PS) department, while also supporting operational excellence in pharmacovigilance activities. The ideal candidate will serve as the liaison between health coaches, DSU, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and quality in AE reporting processes:

What will you do

• Perform end-to-end quality checks across patient enrollment, FOC processing, order placement, Adverse Event (AE) reporting, and related program activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Review and verify patient enrollment documents, FOC requests, order details, and supporting documentation before approval or processing.
• Ensure timely and accurate placement of FOC orders with the delivery team in the prescribed format after completing quality verification.
• Review and reconcile Adverse Events (AEs) in accordance with pharmacovigilance guidelines and defined timelines.
• Resolve operational queries from patients, field teams, and internal stakeholders within defined timelines.
• Ensure accurate data entry and maintain patient records and program data in the CRM and other designated systems.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, MIS, dashboards, and other program-related reports.
• Monitor adherence to program SOPs, client requirements, quality standards, and defined timelines, and escalate deviations to the Program Manager.
• Support internal and external audits by providing the required data, reports, documentation, and audit evidence.
• Ensure compliance with program SOPs, data privacy requirements, and applicable regulatory and quality standards while supporting continuous process improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams with ownership of assigned tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task execution.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
