About The CompanyWe turn food waste into positive value on-site with our innovative food waste solution. We developed an on-site containerized anaerobic digester, called a Waste Transformer. It is placed next to companies or in communities that produce food waste. Biodegradable waste, such as kitchen waste and commercial waste, is used to create biogas and then converted into electricity and heat. The food waste itself turns into liquid natural fertilizer ready to replace (polluting) artificial fertilizers. With clients from Africa to Latin America and from Europe to the Middle East, and a team from 8 different countries, our company is very international and embraces diversity. What You'll Be DoingAs Purchaser (Werkvoorbereider in Dutch), you'll be responsible for ensuring each Waste Transformer can be built on time by securing all the necessary components in a timely fashion. If certain parts are not in stock, you'll creatively work to find an alternative supplier or suitable replacement part. You'll liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to keep everyone aligned. What We're Looking For

• You completed your MBO-4 education or possibly HTS, specializing in installation technique or a similar field.
• You're structured in your work.
• You know how to build relationships, suppliers will go the extra mile to help you if you run into a challenge.
• You already have some work experience in this role.
• You can read and understand engineering drawings
• You are familiar with engineering components and can generate component lists and specifications
• You have experience navigating importing and exporting of machinery and equipment
• We are looking for someone with a can-do, hands-on mentality interested in growing the business with us.
• You have a valid driver's license
• You speak fluent Dutch and good English
