About The CompanyWe turn food waste into positive value on-site with our innovative food waste solution. We developed an on-site containerized anaerobic digester, called a Waste Transformer. It is placed next to companies or in communities that produce food waste. Biodegradable waste, such as kitchen waste and commercial waste, is used to create biogas and then converted into electricity and heat. The food waste itself turns into liquid natural fertilizer ready to replace (polluting) artificial fertilizers.With clients from Africa to Latin America and from Europe to the Middle East, and a team from 8 different countries, our company is very international and embraces diversity. What You'll Be DoingAs Project Manager, you're the liaison between our clients, our production partners and our internal team and you make sure every project is built, shipped and commissioned in a timely fashion. You keep everyone abreast of the developments and make sure any glitches in the process are ironed out smoothly.You're known for your proactive, measured communication and know when to be assertive and when to use tact. You have enough of a technical background to understand the intricacies of each project, and will dive in deep to ensure you get the most out of our project managementsoftware, Monday.com.You work in a small project management team, and will quickly get your own clients to manage after a short-but-comprehensive training. What We're Looking For

• You completed your Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical studies like engineering (mechanical/process/electrical/environmental).
• You have at least 2 years of working experience in a project management role where you independently managed projects of a technical nature.
• You're structured in your work and a great communicator.
• You know how to build and maintain relationships.
• Facing a challenge? You get creative in solving it and keep everyone on board.
• You speak fluent English.
• You're happy to travel occasionally to meet with clients abroad.
  

Bonus points for

• speaking fluent Dutch.
• Experience working with clients in non-Western cultures.
• You can read and interprete technical drawings including site layout drawings and can prepare project documentation and training manuals.
• Experience delivering construction and electro-mechanical installation projects managing civils, electrical and mechanical work packages.
• Knowledge of QHSE requirements for construction projects
