Who are we looking for:

This key role drives sales and growth across the business. Reporting directly to the Sales Director of North America, this position is responsible for business development, growing customer accounts, and ensuring top line growth. It fosters cross-functional team collaboration to achieve revenue targets and exceed customer expectations. We are looking for a talented, driven, sustainability minded contributor to join our quickly growing North American team. The preferred location for this role is East Coast, USA.

Job description and overview

Education and experience required:

  • University degree in a relevant field (MBA highly preferred)
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in commercial packaging (flexibles preferred)
  • Proven experience delivering aggressive growth and sales development
  • Successful management of national and regional customers
  • Experience selling to customers of all sizes with a focus on commercial excellence
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for positive engagement


Requirements (formal competence and soft skills): What skills & expertise are we looking for?

  • Technical understanding of the flexible packaging and converting industry
  • Identify market opportunities, assess competitive landscape, and formulate sales tactics
  • Drive new customer acquisition and expand existing customer relationships to maximize revenue growth
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts and deliver against targets
  • Effective negotiation and influencing skills
  • Proactive, energetic, with good interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to travel throughout North America
