We are looking for a talented, driven, sustainability minded Marcom & Google Ads Expert,

to join our quickly growing Marketing team. The role is full-time, hybrid, reporting to TIPA’s Marketing Communications Manager, based in Hod-Hasharon, Israel.

Job description and overview

Aiming at driving our campaigns and significantly impact the growth of the Marketing department, the role will entail the following:

· Managing TIPA’s Google Ads and social media campaigns, embracing the constant evolution of our methods and tools with monthly innovations.

· Managing outsourcing vendors, globally.

· Developing and executing data-driven customer acquisition strategies.

· Optimizing for efficiency and ROI-across various channels.

· Combining strong analytical skills, expertise in Google AdWords and social media campaign tracking, you will be expected to distill complex data into relevant action items.

· Enhancing the effectiveness of our marketing strategies.

· Constantly use your creativity to brainstorm with the team and come up with new and exciting marketing ideas.

· Being a small team, we ask that you bring an open mind and a positive attitude to tackle a variety of tasks and responsibilities.

Areas of responsibility:

· Work with the marketing and sales teams to optimize campaigns for maximum impact and efficiency.

· Scale up campaigns using and developing new techniques to enhance efficiency and maintain a cost-effective approach.

· Conduct research on the latest trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.

· Supporting the marketing department with other tasks, if requested

· Manage our Google Ads and social media campaigns from inception to achieving market-dominant positions, in collaboration with our freelance team.

· Analyze and report the performance of our Google Ads and social media campaigns, driving marketing decisions based on key performance indicators (KPIs).

· Respond promptly to changes in online marketing and adapt strategies to capitalize on new opportunities.

· Manage Google Ads and social media campaigns, embracing the constant evolution of our methods and tools with monthly innovations.

Requirements

Requirements:

· At least 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, including Google Ads, PPC,

e-commerce, affiliate marketing, strategy, media buying, and social media in an international company.

· High proficiency in both English and Hebrew.

· Exceptional analytical skills.

· Strong command of Office tools, Excel, and CRM.

· Highly creative, consistently generating new ideas, and capable of executing them.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Adaptable, independent, and with an “all-in” attitude, thus offering a flexibility to manage multiple projects, shifting priorities, and taking ownership.

· Our ideal candidate can work in fast-paced environments with the ability to pivot quickly. It requires multitasking in meeting timelines and budget restraints.
