PA to CEO & Office Manager
Who we are:
TIPA is a fast growing, international start up, based in Hod-Hasharon, developing and manufacturing flexible compostable packaging. Our vision is that flexible plastic packaging will have the same end-of-life organic waste cycle; yet also offer consumers and brands the durability and shelf life they have come to expect of ordinary plastics.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for a PA to the CEO, to also act as Office Manager and take on responsibilities of HR Admin, recruitment & welfare activities.
We aim for a candidate with:
· Native English & fluent Hebrew.
· Willingness for intensive work; at a fast growing start up, with the ability to hand in extra hours, as per need.
· We expect former experience in PA & Admin roles- specifically within the startup arena; high coordination abilities and great interpersonal skills as well as service orientation.
Role responsibilities are:
· Acting as PA to TIPA's CEO.
· Managing the office.
· HR admin tasks & recruitments.
· We'd love it if you are an environmentalist, curious, creative, highly sharp & focused, good energy, a fast-learner and a definite go-getter, aside being independent and hard-working,
Additional Requirements are:
· The ability to work full-time role + extra hours.
· Fluency in OFFICE tools (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.).
· Great interpersonal relations – a truly high EQ.
· A team player.
· High level of service orientation.
