To strengthen our growing international team, we are looking for an experienced and driven:

Your Role

As International Sales Manager, you are the commercial face of SEALPAP B.V. across Europe. You understand your customers’ sustainability challenges and translate them into innovative and practical packaging solutions.

You focus on new business development while strategically expanding existing accounts. You build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, supported by our technical and commercial teams in the Netherlands and Germany.

International experience — ideally in the UK, German, or French markets — is essential. You know how to establish trust, close deals, and build partnerships that last.

Your Key Responsibilities

· Accelerate revenue growth through new business acquisition and strategic account development.

· Build and maintain long-term customer relationships with key decision-makers in the packaging industry, both a the sales and manufacturing side.

· Advise customers on sustainable, sealable paper-based packaging solutions.

· Prepare quotations, calculations, and price proposals together with the commercial team.

· Conduct market analysis and identify trends, opportunities, and strategic growth areas.

· Coordinate customer projects and ensure smooth execution from offer to delivery.

Your Profile

· Bachelor’s degree (HBO level or equivalent).

· 2+ years of commercial experience in the packaging industry (experience in paper or sustainable materials is a strong plus).

· Proven experience in international markets (UK, Germany, France).

· Excellent command of Dutch and English (German or French is an advantage).

· Proven commercial relationships with manufacturing partners-highly advantageous.

· Strong communication and listening skills – able to align customer needs with company goals.

· A results-driven professional with in-depth knowledge of quotation and offer processes.

· A system thinker who can analyze complex situations and turn them into clear solutions.

· An optimistic and persuasive communicator who inspires and motivates others.

· A team player who collaborates effectively and delegates tasks while keeping full overview.
