As a Global Supply Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the procurement of direct materials, indirect materials and services for our organization. You will be responsible for ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services to meet the needs of our operations. This role requires strong negotiation skills, strategic thinking, organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
What you will do
Provide support and guidance to internal teams on procurement-related matters, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and cost management order acknowledgement and confirmation while managing procurement inbox.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Legal, to align procurement strategies with business objectives and requirements and execute Coupa and/or Oracle ERP PR/PO processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand demand forecasts and procure indirect materials required for R&D processes.
Work closely with existing indirect material suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and cost optimization.
Support cost management initiatives and participate in contract maintenance activities related to indirect material procurement.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in the procurement of indirect materials and services.
Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions while maintaining quality standards and compliance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to foster collaboration, drive innovation, and address any issues or concerns proactively.
Evaluate supplier performance based on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as quality, delivery, and cost, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Monitor market trends and supplier capabilities to identify potential new suppliers and mitigate supply chain risks.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Legal, to align procurement requirements and execute Coupa and Oracle ERP PR/PO processes.

Who you are
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in a rapid growth manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of supply chain principles, procurement processes, and contract management.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strength working in a cross functional team environment as a strong team player and demonstrated ability to work with other functional groups to achieve company-wide goals.
Proven ability to source, negotiate contracts and onboard suppliers (international experience a plus).
Proficiency in analyzing data and making data-driven decisions.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in PLM and ERP systems (Oracle Fusion a plus)
Strong Excel skills
Certification in procurement (e.g., CPSM, CSCP) is a plus.

A range for the included position is listed below. Be advised, actual offer details are determined by job category, job location, and candidate skill level.
United States Wage Range: $9,000/month - $11,250/month
Please note that some pay bands may have wide ranges of compensation to accommodate candidate's diverse sets of skill levels.
