⦁ Conduct property research, competitors research, products research and other aspects.
⦁ In-person site visits and travel for work is required.
⦁ Coordinate with the data team on project deliverables.
⦁ Conduct market research on developments (new launches, sales, rebates, packages, floor plans).
⦁ Compile research findings into report.
⦁ Obtain information online or offline and compile the information in an organized manner.
⦁ Keep abreast with current news for ongoing/incoming property developments.
⦁ Manage research deliverables and ensure that they are completed in a timely manner.
