Via Separations is a rapidly growing Boston-area startup dedicated to eliminating CO2 emissions from industrial manufacturing processes. Role Description
You will have the opportunity to join a hard-working and quickly growing team, and have an immediate impact within a young company. You will work within the business operations team to support and grow Via’s incredible team and culture. You will be responsible for supporting the people operations function including recruiting, onboarding, IT, finance, team-wide events, and marketing. If you are a hands-on doer that is passionate about sustainability, process improvement and growing our team, join us!

Qualifications & Characteristics

  • Coursework in Business Management, Human Resources, Marketing & Communications, or related fields.
  • Collaborate with the Business Operations team to support and execute key people operations functions, including recruiting, onboarding, IT, Finance, etc.
  • Support the marketing function with executing various aspects of Via’s marketing & brand strategy, including social media outreach
  • Support team-building activities and events for Via team members
  • Perform special projects and other related duties as assigned
  • A desire to be independent and lead projects
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and with long-term projects
  • A strong technical ability to learn about new processes
  • A clear interest in sustainability
  • US work authorization is required for this role.
