What You’ll Do:
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for varies product/program areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, business development, finance, supply chain) to accelerate development and go to market quickly
- Translate customer needs and business objectives into clear product requirements and user stories
- Manage product development, ensuring alignment across teams and delivering high-quality customer experience
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and product performance metrics to inform decision-making
- Lead large capture campaigns, with a focus on growing record programs or similar transition programs at scale
- Foster a culture of trust, open communications, customer focus, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Lead initiatives that move the organization forward, contributing to business / financial performance
- Provide guidance, advice, and support to segment leadership team regarding business investments and priorities
- Assist the customers in meeting their requirements and capability gaps with capabilities, products, and technologies available or being developed by Voyager and in relevant defense sectors
Who You Are:
- You have 5+ years of experience in a highly dynamic role in a technology, defense, or aerospace company
- You are highly analytical and love solving complex, cross-functional problems in a people’s centric way
- You are both high ownership and low ego, approaching everything with strong outcome orientation and high humility

Salary Range: $100,000 - $200,000/year *Salary may be higher depending on experience and industry
