Worn Again Technologies is a technology licensing company that is developing unique polymer recycling processes that will enable textiles and polyester packaging resources to be kept in constant circulation, driving economic, social, and environmental benefits. We are focused on solving the challenging issue of converting polyester and poly-cotton blended textiles, and PET plastic, at their end of use, back into circular materials. Our unique polymer recycling technology is able to separate, decontaminate, and extract polyester and cellulose (from cotton) from non-reusable textiles and polyester bottles and packaging to produce dual PET and cellulose outputs, therefore putting sustainable resources back into the supply chain. The key principles of our process are to ensure our outputs are cost competitive, comparable in quality to virgin materials, and have a significantly reduced environmental impact compared to conventional production.
