About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Manager to join our team. This role involves on-ground sales of vehicles to businesses, fleet operators, and corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, strong negotiation skills, and an understanding of the automotive sales landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new business clients for vehicle sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, fleet managers, and business partners.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate vehicle solutions.
- Conduct on-ground sales activities, including meetings, site visits, and vehicle demonstrations.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales deals.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless vehicle delivery and after-sales service.
- Track sales performance and meet/exceed assigned targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Key Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the automotive, commercial vehicles, or fleet sales industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals effectively.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field sales.
- A self-motivated, target-driven approach with a passion for sales.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
