Maintain accurate records of inventory, spare parts, and EV assets.

Monitor inward, outward, and stock movements across hubs and warehouses.

Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to ensure data accuracy.

Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams for timely material availability.

Update inventory data in ERP/Excel systems and prepare daily/weekly MIS reports.

Identify stock variances, shortages, or damages and escalate accordingly.

Ensure proper tagging, labeling, and storage of inventory items.
