Originally established as an electrical contractor, the business has grown into a nationally recognized EPC, supporting oil & gas, petrochemical, industrial, and rapidly expanding energy transition markets. With a true turnkey delivery model, they provide in-house engineering, construction, electrical & instrumentation, fabrication, and field services.

In recent years, the company has made significant investments into its renewables and energy transition division, delivering projects across utility-scale and distributed solar, battery storage, microgrids, hydrogen, carbon capture, RNG, and wind. This is a key growth area for the business, with continued expansion planned.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the execution of energy and infrastructure projects from inception through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full project lifecycle delivery across EPC projects
• Manage budgets, schedules, and overall project performance
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, construction, and field operations
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Identify and mitigate project risks while driving successful outcomes

Experience:

• Experience working within an EPC environment (developer-side candidates also considered)
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Broad project experience across energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors (not limited to solar)
• Ability to travel to project sites across Texas as required
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment
