Overview

• We are partnered with a high-growth renewable energy platform focused on utility-scale solar, battery storage, and distributed energy projects across key U.S. markets.
• The business is backed by institutional capital and is actively scaling its pipeline across ERCOT and CAISO, including a flagship 300MW+ storage project in Texas alongside a broader ~750MW+ portfolio of assets.
• This is a senior finance leadership hire stepping in at a key inflection point as the company continues to deploy capital and expand its platform.

The Role

This individual will sit at the intersection of accounting, finance, and strategic execution, serving as a key partner to leadership during a period of significant growth.

• Reports directly to the CEO
• Ownership of financial reporting, close, and multi-entity consolidations
• Act as a key partner across ongoing financing activity, investor discussions, and project execution
• Oversee existing project finance structures and corporate accounting processes
• Support scaling the finance function as the platform grows

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience across accounting / finance leadership
• Background in multi-entity environments (corporate or project-based)
• Strong foundation in financial reporting, close, and audit
• Experience supporting or interfacing with financing activity, investors, or transactions
• Exposure to energy, infrastructure, or adjacent sectors is a plus
