Communications Manager | Permanent, Direct-Hire | On-Site | Corpus Christi, TX

Are you a communications professional looking to make an impact in the energy sector?

We're partnered with one of the largest and fastest-growing energy companies in the United States — a business with over 20 years of operational history, an international portfolio spanning multiple continents, and stock performance up over 300% in the last five years. As they continue to scale, they're looking for a Communications Manager to lead internal and external communications across their Texas and Wyoming operations.

This is a high-visibility role sitting at the intersection of corporate strategy, community relations, and stakeholder engagement — ideal for someone who can write, build relationships, and represent an organization with credibility and professionalism.

What you'll be doing:

  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring internal and external communications programs across U.S. operations
  • Serving as a general speechwriter for communication campaigns and linking presentations to corporate strategy, objectives, and values
  • Generating and distributing a range of materials including press releases, presentations, factsheets, and website content
  • Conducting outreach to communities, media outlets, conference organizers, and local, state, and national stakeholders
  • Developing consistent messaging frameworks and ensuring they're implemented across the organization
  • Organizing employee events including executive visits, employee giving campaigns, and community events
  • Working with subject matter experts to build a knowledge base around all aspects of the business
  • Supporting project-level communication efforts to maintain strong community support
  • Providing management with feedback on stakeholder views and opinions on the industry and the organization
  • Overseeing contractors and consultants on assigned communications projects

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Social Sciences, Political Science, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of relevant communications experience — background in energy, natural resources, or industrial sectors is a strong plus
  • Public affairs, PR agency, or government communications experience welcomed
  • Proven writing skills across formats — press releases, speeches, stakeholder materials, internal comms
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel across the United States
  • Valid driver's license required

What's on offer:

  • Competitive base salary
  • Annual bonus through cash and/or equity disbursements
  • 401(k) with 5% match
  • Strong Insurance Package
  • On-site role based in Corpus Christi, TX

If you're a strong communicator who thrives in complex, high-stakes industries and wants to represent a company doing genuinely important work, we'd love to hear from you.
