They are looking to bring on an Assistant Quality Control Manager to support project delivery teams in Washington, DC, ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and construction execution across active sites.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the Quality Control Manager with day-to-day site quality operations
• Assist with inspections, punch walks, and QA/QC documentation
• Ensure all work is delivered in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and client standards
• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and field teams
• Track deficiencies, corrective actions, and close-out items
• Help maintain compliance with safety, regulatory, and contractual requirements
• Participate in client meetings, site reviews, and reporting

Ideal background:

• Experience in construction quality control, field engineering, project engineering, or site supervision
• Strong understanding of construction methods, drawings, and quality processes
• Experience working on commercial, federal, institutional, or large-scale infrastructure projects preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and documentation skills
• Based in or willing to commute daily to Washington, DC
