Actively seeking an experienced Financial Contractor to provide interim support for our FP&A and Investments team. This engagement is designed to ensure continuity of financial operations

and project momentum during a planned parental leave. This individual will be independently within an established team structure, interfacing across finance, investments, and corporate development functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across the investment portfolio.
• Assist with project finance analysis and modeling within an infrastructure investment framework.
• Prepare and maintain Private Equity reporting materials, including fund-level and asset-level performance reporting.
• Manage and oversee core financial processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency.
• Partner cross-functionally with investment, accounting, and corporate development teams.
• Identify process improvements and support the transition of responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in corporate finance, with a focus on infrastructure investments and/or project finance.
• Demonstrated expertise in Private Equity reporting, including LP reporting and portfolio performance metrics.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and process management skills.
• Proven ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities with minimal oversight.
• Background in a managerial or senior individual contributor capacity — experience leading processes and cross-functional workstreams is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools (Excel, financial planning software).
• Strong communication skills and ability to quickly integrate into an existing team.
