We are hiring an Investments Manager to drive the execution of complex financing transactions across utility-scale renewable energy assets including solar, wind, battery storage, and hybrid projects.

This role is responsible for end-to-end deal execution from term sheet through financial close, including debt, tax equity, mezzanine, and preferred equity structures. You will lead multiple concurrent transactions, drive capital structuring decisions, and ensure successful execution across all financing workstreams.

You will work closely with lenders, tax equity investors, infrastructure funds, and strategic capital partners to structure and close transactions that optimize cost of capital and align with project risk profiles. This includes leading negotiations, coordinating due diligence, and overseeing financial model integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support execution of project finance transactions across renewable energy portfolio
• Structure and negotiate complex capital stacks (debt, tax equity, mezzanine, preferred equity)
• Oversee financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis
• Manage full due diligence process across legal, technical, tax, and insurance workstreams
• Coordinate with development, engineering, legal, and asset management teams
• Lead investor engagement, financing negotiations, and investment committee materials
• Support portfolio capital strategy and optimization of financing structures

Qualifications:

• 4-7+ years in project finance, infrastructure investing, investment banking, private equity, or renewable energy finance
• Proven track record of executing and closing complex project finance transactions
• Strong financial modeling and capital structuring expertise
• Experience with utility-scale renewable energy (solar, wind, storage) preferred
• Understanding of PPAs, EPC contracts, and tax equity structures strongly preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and execution skills
