Job Overview

We are seeking a Technical Support Manager to ensure our customers receive timely and effective assistance for our products and services. In this role, you will diagnose and resolve technical issues, provide guidance, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical support for products across hotline and terminal channels.
  • Maintain and regularly update technical product documentation.
  • Conduct technical training, assessments, and certification programs for hotline and terminal teams.
  • Collect and analyze market feedback and product usage data to drive improvements and close the feedback loop.
  • Develop technical training courses and materials.
  • Monitor the efficiency and quality of product inspections and returned items.

Qualifications & Skills

  • MBO or bachelor’s degree in a science or engineering discipline.
  • Experience in electronics, assembly, or after-sales service is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of electronic products.
  • Strong customer service mindset with a professional and responsible approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Hands-on technical aptitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal); Dutch and/or Mandarin is a plus.
  • Proactive, positive, and solution-oriented attitude.
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and listening skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking capabilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Customer-focused and resilient under stress.
