Project Developer – Battery Storage & Grid Infrastructure

A growing project development platform is hiring a Project Developer to support a pipeline of infrastructure and energy projects across France.

The business is well-capitalised and entering a key growth phase, with multiple projects progressing towards construction.

Theycover the entire project lifecycle and value creation chain, from development and grid connection design to construction, commissioning, and operation, with the goal of accelerating the energy transition.

This is a hands-on role where you will take ownership of projects through the full development cycle, ensuring they are fully permitted, technically sound, and ready for investment, while also contributing to broader growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects from post-land through to RTB
• Lead permitting and administrative approval processes
• Coordinate technical, environmental, and regulatory workstreams
• Manage stakeholders including authorities, consultants, and internal teams
• Structure projects from a technical and regulatory standpoint
• Support project bankability and investment readiness
• Monitor timelines, risks, and costs
• Contribute to new development opportunities and broader growth strategy

Profile

• 3–6 years’ experience in project development
• Background in infrastructure, energy, or real estate
• Strong exposure to permitting and regulatory processes
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects
• Autonomous, structured, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent English
