Service Manager - Benelux

Piper Maddox is excited to be working with an international company operating in the electric mobility and smart transportation sector, focused on delivering innovative solutions for urban mobility across Europe.

The company is currently looking for a Service Manager to take ownership of service operations, dealer support, and overall service performance across the Benelux region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the regional service centre for electric mobility products
  • Provide technical support to B2B partners and dealers (e.g. e-scooters, light electric vehicles)
  • Act as the main point of contact for dealer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues via phone and digital channels
  • Manage and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) with key retailers and partners
  • Handle warranty processes and claims through internal systems (e.g. ERP platforms)
  • Gather and assess relevant information to ensure efficient issue resolution
  • Drive continuous improvement of service processes, standards, and performance
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, sales, and product teams
  • Escalate and follow up on complex or unresolved issues

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and operational processes
  • Technical mindset with the ability to quickly learn and understand new products
  • Experience with administrative and ERP/CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
  • Fluent in English and Dutch (both written and spoken)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented approach
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure
