Overview
I am partnering with a fast-growing, internationally expanding business within the mobility and lifestyle sector to appoint a Showroom Operations Coordinator for their Munich location. This organisation has established a strong presence in North America and is now building out its footprint across Europe.
This position will play a key role in shaping the in-person brand experience, acting as the central point of coordination for showroom operations, customer engagement, and day-to-day administrative activities.

This is a hands-on, multifaceted role suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic, customer-facing environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the showroom operates seamlessly while delivering a high-quality experience to visitors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
The role combines operational coordination, customer interaction, and light technical involvement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and ownership in their work.
Key Responsibilities
Showroom Operations & Coordination
- Oversee the daily running of the showroom, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
- Maintain a high standard of organisation, cleanliness, and presentation throughout the space
- Manage scheduling, including customer appointments, internal meetings, and partner visits
Customer Experience & Engagement
- Act as a key point of contact for showroom visitors, providing a welcoming and informative experience
- Support product demonstrations and assist the wider team with customer interactions
- Handle incoming enquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
Events & Community Activation
- Support the planning and execution of in-showroom events and test ride experiences
- Proactively contribute ideas to enhance engagement and footfall
- Help foster a sense of community around the showroom space
Inventory & Merchandising
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment where required
- Work closely with marketing teams to implement visual merchandising guidelines
- Ensure product displays are aligned with brand standards
Administrative Support
- Manage general office and showroom administration
- Coordinate ordering of supplies, including office and hospitality items
- Collect and relay customer feedback to support continuous improvement
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will bring a blend of organisational capability, customer focus, and a proactive mindset.
Key attributes include:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- A hands-on approach with a high level of attention to detail
- A customer-first mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience in retail, events, or a customer-facing environment
- An interest in cycling or mobility products, with some technical understanding considered advantageous
- Fluency in German and a good command of English
- Full driving licence (Class B)
- Based in or within commuting distance of Munich
