We have currently partnered with a leading ESCO / energy infrastructure business that has been operating for 30+ years, specializing in the design, engineering, and construction of projects across the State, Federal, and Commercial sectors.

They are looking to hire a Quality Control Lead to join the team onsite in Washington, DC.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior QA/QC professional with experience across energy efficiency, HVAC retrofits, water conservation, microgrids, Solar PV, and broader renewable infrastructure projects.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading the quality control function across multiple large-scale projects

• Driving QA/QC standards, audits, compliance, and process improvement initiatives

• Partnering with engineering, construction, and project leadership teams

• Managing quality teams and ensuring successful project delivery across government and commercial workstreams

Ideal background:

-Senior QA/QC leadership experience

-Strong exposure to HVAC, facility operations, energy efficiency, and renewables

-Experience working on large-scale commercial / federal projects

-Proven leadership and team management capabilities
