This opportunity gives you the opportunity to enter at the ground floor of a new data center construction platform, purpose-built to transform how hyperscale and AI driven data centers are planned, costed, and delivered. My client is applying its proven automation, software, and robotics capabilities, originally developed at utility scale to one of the most complex and fastest-growing construction markets in the world – Data centers. The industry is under intense pressure to build faster, more predictably, and at lower cost which is where this Estimator role comes in. The company has built an end-to-end technology platform that integrates software, data, and construction automation, enabling more accurate estimating, tighter scheduling, and improved execution certainty. This approach has already been proven at scale across 12+ GW of infrastructure projects, and is now being directly applied to data center development where cost certainty, speed-to-market, and execution risk are critical. They are backed by $130M in Series C funding led by two of the biggest PE firms Country wide.

Role

• Develop detailed cost estimates for large-scale EPC projects
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of material, labor, and equipment pricing in relevant markets
• Break down projects into cost components, including civil, structural, electrical, mechanical, and indirect costs
• Review drawings, specifications, and project scopes to ensure accurate cost inputs
• Work with product and software teams to embed AI cost estimation into EPC planning and project management tools

Comp / Benefits

• $130k to $170k base
