Key Account Manager – Cologne
Piper Maddox is excited to be partnered up with a fast-growing international business in the mobility space, which is looking for a Key Account Manager to take ownership of major retail partnerships across Germany and Austria.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll have real ownership, visibility, and the opportunity to directly influence revenue growth in a rapidly expanding market.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and grow key retail accounts within the consumer electronics channel
- Drive revenue through both account development.
- Build strong relationships with major retailers, buyers, and decision-makers
- Lead negotiations, promotions, and commercial agreements
- Identify new opportunities across retail and distribution channels
- Analyse sales performance and turn insights into action
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and product teams
- Represent the business at industry events and trade shows
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in B2C sales (consumer electronics, retail, or consumer goods preferred)
- Proven ability to grow accounts and deliver results
- Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills
- Experience working with retailers, distributors, or buying groups
- Data-driven and confident using Excel
- Fluent in German and English
