Land Scout Position Germany

We have partnered exclusively with an international global leader in the renewable energy sector. With a strong pipeline and an experienced, multidisciplinary team, they are now looking to expand their team in Germany.

Location: Remote Position

Base Salary: Up to €85,000 + bonus (experience dependent)

📝 Key Responsibilities

• Identify suitable wind development sites in collaboration with the GIS team, and initiate engagement with landowners and local stakeholders.
• Negotiate and secure land agreements, seeking guidance from senior team members when needed.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with landowners and key local stakeholders.
• Assist in the screening and assessment of potential project sites.
• Contribute to growing the development pipeline by identifying and originating new opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues to shape negotiation strategies and structure contracts effectively.

🔊 Your Profile

• University Degree in engineering, environmental sciences, or a related technical field. Other qualifications with relevant development experience will also be considered also.
• 2-5 years of experience in wind early-stage development/origination.
• Specific knowledge of the processes involved in land acquisition.
• Ability to work independently while benefiting from guidance from more senior colleagues.
