Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive the expansion of EV charging infrastructure across the Belgian real estate market. This role will focus on building long-term partnerships with property developers, landlords, housing associations, facility managers, and real estate investors, enabling large-scale deployment of charging solutions across residential, commercial, and mixed-use portfolios.
You will own the full sales cycle—from market development and pipeline creation through to negotiation and contract close—helping shape the company’s growth in one of Europe’s fastest-evolving EV infrastructure markets.
Key Responsibilities
Market Development & Strategy
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the Belgian real estate sector (residential, commercial, and mixed-use assets)
- Identify high-potential property portfolios suitable for EV charging retrofits and new-build integration
- Monitor regulatory developments, planning requirements, and sustainability mandates impacting real estate electrification
Business Development & Sales Execution
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities across developers, REITs, landlords, housing associations, and FM providers
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, solution design coordination, pricing, negotiation, and contract closure
- Deliver high-value, multi-site and portfolio-level deals
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the main commercial point of contact for senior stakeholders in real estate and construction
- Collaborate with technical, legal, and delivery teams to ensure feasibility and successful project execution
- Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and property sector forums across Belgium and Benelux
Partnership & Account Growth
- Develop strategic, long-term relationships with key real estate partners
- Expand existing accounts through upselling and portfolio expansion opportunities
- Build partnerships with installation partners, consultants, and energy providers
Reporting & Performance
- Own revenue targets, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline health
- Provide market intelligence on competitor activity and emerging real estate trends in EV infrastructure
- Maintain CRM discipline and structured reporting of commercial activity
Requirements
- 5–10+ years’ experience in B2B sales or business development (EV charging, energy, infrastructure, or real estate technology preferred)
- Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals in the real estate or built environment sector
- Strong network within Belgian property development, FM, or investment communities (advantageous)
- Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders (developers, asset managers, investors)
- Strong understanding of EV charging infrastructure and/or building electrification (or ability to learn quickly)
- Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French strongly preferred
- Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset with strong commercial discipline
