Job Details

• Own and optimize end-to-end production processes across inspection, rework, repackaging, and material flow, driving improvements in throughput, yield, and efficiency
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues using structured methodologies (e.g., RCA, FMEA, 8D)
• Oversee equipment, tooling, and capital projects including vendor management, commissioning, and production readiness
• Develop and maintain engineering standards, including process documentation, control plans, and work instructions to ensure operational consistency and compliance
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, line balancing, waste reduction) while leading cross-functional projects and mentoring junior team members

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, or related)
• 7+ years of process engineering experience in high-volume manufacturing or similar environments with ownership of production processes
• Strong expertise in problem-solving methodologies, process optimization, and managing projects from concept through implementation
