Piper Maddox is partnered with a leading company in the renewable natural gas (RNG) space that is looking to bring on a Maintenance Manager to join a growing organization.

This role is ideal for someone who brings a safety-first mindset, strong communication skills, and a hands-on leadership style.

Responsibilities:

• Lead maintenance and reliability efforts across a process-intensive facility

• Build and optimize maintenance programs using CMMS

• Drive preventative maintenance, asset reliability, and uptime initiatives

• Support daily operations while implementing long-term improvements

• Manage and develop budgets and support P&L reviews

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in process-heavy environments (RNG, wastewater, oil & gas, or chemicals)

• Proven leadership experience managing maintenance teams

• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot in the field

• Experience implementing or enhancing maintenance systems and processes
