Position Overview
The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers, leading full-cycle recruitment across engineering, project delivery, and procurement functions. This role is critical to supporting continued growth and will play a key part in shaping recruitment processes, talent strategy, and workforce planning as the company expands its operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment from initial intake through offer acceptance and onboarding
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Manage a high-volume workload (approximately 15 roles concurrently) across technical disciplines
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent networks
- Source, screen, and assess candidates for technical and operational roles within renewable energy
- Provide market insights, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence to inform hiring decisions
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Utilize tools such as PowerBI or CoPilot to track metrics, improve processes, and drive efficiency
- Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes, systems, and employer branding
Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Fluency in both English and French (required)
- Experience recruiting for engineering, project delivery, or procurement roles (renewables preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in an agency environment is a strong plus
- Proficiency with data and recruitment tools (e.g., PowerBI, CoPilot) preferred
