Experience

• Looking for an all-around developer, someone who could do early and late stage
• Wants someone who’s involved in community engagement and hands-on building relationships
• Utility-scale solar OR BESS is required
• Markets - Mid Atlantic – Illinois – Texas – SPP in the future
• 3-10 years of experience
• Someone who comes from an IPP is highly preferred
• Someone who’s hands-on, proactive rather than reactive, analytical in terms of priorities, independently motivated.
• Takes control of their projects with a hands-on approach
• Working on 2 Utility Scale Projects initially
