They’re looking for an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of mechanical, electrical, and controls scopes on high-impact retrofit and upgrade programs.

The role

You’ll take ownership of construction delivery from pre-construction through close-out, acting as the central point between owners, engineers, subcontractors, and internal delivery teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing MEP construction scopes (HVAC, controls, electrical, central utility systems)
  • Owning schedules, budgets, risk mitigation, and cost controls
  • Coordinating subcontractors and field teams across active job sites
  • Ensuring safety, quality, and compliance standards are met
  • Driving progress reporting, change management, and stakeholder communication
  • Supporting energy efficiency and sustainability-driven building upgrades

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management
  • Strong background in MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, controls, plumbing)
  • Experience managing subcontractors and site operations
  • Proven ability to deliver projects on time and on budget
  • Comfortable working in occupied buildings and retrofit environments
  • Bonus: experience in energy efficiency, ESCOs, or complex building retrofits

Why This Role?

  • Stable project pipeline and long-term growth
  • Exposure to technically complex, sustainability-driven work
  • Strong internal engineering and construction support
