Our client is a growing, employee-owned firm ranked on ENR’s Top 100 Design-Build Firms list, providing Design/Build/Operate services in the Renewable & Traditional Energy sector. They’re seeking a highly technical, client-facing Seller/Doer to lead early-stage pursuits for simple & combined cycle gas turbine plants and reciprocating engine projects.
What You'll Need:
- 10+ years of experience in power generation, energy infrastructure, or heavy industrial systems
- Strong knowledge of gas turbines, combined cycle plants, fuel systems, emissions control, electrical systems, and utility interconnections
- Proven experience in conceptual plant design, feasibility studies, or pre-FEED deliverables
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (advanced degree a plus)
- Client-facing experience, comfortable communicating technical concepts and trade-offs to executive stakeholders
- Seller/Doer mindset—able to originate opportunities while delivering technical value
