Senior Vice President, Construction (Solar & Energy Storage)

We’re looking for a Senior Vice President, Construction to lead EPC strategy, procurement, and portfolio delivery across a growing pipeline of projects.

The Opportunity

This is a senior, strategic leadership role sitting at the intersection of construction, engineering, and capital deployment.

You will not be managing individual projects day-to-day - instead, you’ll own how projects are delivered at a portfolio level, including:

• Leading EPC selection and contract strategy across solar and storage projects
• Driving procurement strategy for key equipment (modules, BESS, balance of plant)
• Overseeing construction execution through internal and external teams
• Acting as a key interface with investment, development, and asset management functions
• Supporting project financing, acquisitions, and technical due diligence
• Building and scaling best practices across a growing platform

What We’re Looking For

We’re interested in senior leaders who bring a combination of technical depth and commercial ownership, including:

• 10–20+ years in solar, storage, or broader energy infrastructure
• Experience leading EPC selection, contract negotiation, and vendor strategy
• Strong understanding of project delivery at scale (multi-project / portfolio level)
• Exposure to procurement and supply chain strategy
• Experience working with developers, IPPs, EPCs, or infrastructure investors
• Ability to operate at the intersection of engineering, construction, and finance
