Billing Analyst

Initial 3-6mth contract, potential extension opportunities

Hybrid - 2-3days weekly onsite

This role will start quite process focused, but could advance to include more analysis projects and support throughout the period.

Responsibilities

• Support referral fee billing by coordinating with vendors, validating system entries, and assisting with basic reconciliations.
• Create and manage purchase orders, apply correct GL coding, and help resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Assist with accounts receivable follow-ups and support cash application and customer setup activities.
• Prepare standard reports (e.g., sales tax support, transfer cost inputs) and maintain existing documentation.
• Provide cross-functional support to Finance, AP, Procurement, IT, and PMO as needed.

Background

• Ideally 1-3yrs of relevant experience across AP, AR and analysis (open to industry)
• Systems - Yardi and PeopleSoft would be huge plus, minimum strong Microsoft user.
• The process is manual, so we need a detail orientated individual. Also someone comfortable in fast paced environments, open to offer suggestions for process improvements. Generally a strategic critical thinking.
